Any one know if the friction plate and the return spring for the pull starter is the same as on the old 200 three wheeler pull starter? The parts have differnt numbers but in the pictures they look a lot alike. The plate is 3 1/4 across with a 1/2 hole in the middle.

 

No one has a extra pull starter laying around that they could get a measurement from?
