05 700 efi sportsman valve adjustment?

Does a 2005 sportsman 700 efi need the valves adjusted? And if so, where do I locate the plug that would indicate Top dead center? And what are the valve specs? Any info would be great.

No valve adjustment. Hydraulic lifter and push rod system on the 700 just like an auto engine. Engines do make a little ticking noise,but that's normal.
