400ex misfires

Default 400ex misfires
My 2001 400ex misfires at idle and dies and at low speeds but will continue to run. the problem seems to go away after it heats up, any suggestions? and is bone stock

Have you done the simple things first like changing the plug,checking/cleaning the air filter? If you have,possibly could be trash or water in the carb or tank.
