Tires are wobbling

Tires are wobbling
I have noticed a wobbling in my tires and I think it is the reason I am hearing some noises while driving. I have tried taking the tire off and tightening the hub nut, but that didn't seem to do anything.
Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix this or if the problem is something I am overlooking.
