yeah the other day i was just ridin around then i was climbin this hill then all the suddein noticed it got a litle louder so i shined a flash light in the muffler and when it is runnin you can see a little metal peice loose in there but im glad it did that it has a whole lot more power now and its not much louder than stock just a deeper sound i was just wonder if anybody had any ideas how to get it out because sometimes it jingles around in there and its annoying and i also unhooked that snorkle thing goign in to the airbox and that added power to i can keep up with my freinds stock 300ex on take off now

I hope you have rejetted your carb to a much bigger main jet, otherwise you have to be running way too lean and will probably have engine problems shortly. As far as removing the baffle, unless you have a cutting torch and a welder I don't think you will be able to get it out. Might be a good time to upgrade to a better pipe, or I can sell you my old stock muffler dirt cheap

BTW someone on this forum had to go up to a 110 main after removing the snorkle on his Recon.
