110cc coolstar
wont start. someone says its the carburator. I cant find the gas shutoff valve. need help

 

Don't know the Coolster, but all bikes have a fat pipe running from side of carb to underside of fuel tank. Some have a tap under the tank, some a tap on the carburettor (very stupid idea), and some no tap at all. With the latter types a set of vice grips on the pipe to crimp it off while you work on the carb may do the trick, or you can run the pipe into a can, once removed at the carb end, to drain the tank.
