Default 2003 polaris 700 awd

I have done the bypass for this machine and grounded the correct wires. my speedo is completely out at this point and only shows 999999 miles on the odometer when i plug it in. My issue is that when i jack the atv up in the air and put it in AWD the rear tires spin and the front driveshaft spins as well but the front tires do not move at all. the front wheels are free turning and not bound up or anything.

Default I fixed my own problem!

Guys make sure you have good grounds on all your wires. i drilled a self tapping screw and wrapped the wire around the threads for a solid ground and instantly my 4wd kicked in and started working.

I'm glad you found the problem. When I first read your post I didn't have any answers and thought, I'll get back to you when I think of something. But when I got back on here yesterday I'd already forgotten about it. I may have dain bramage from landing on my head too many times.
