Default Key switch

I have a 95 425 magnum and replaced the key switch with an after market one. With a new battery installed I can turn key to on position and I hear a click sound but I have no power anywhere No lights or electric start. What could be the issue?

Welcome to the forums.

First thing to check would be the ground wire. Could just be a loose or dirty connection.

Will check that first thing. I had also seen in a wire diagram online somewhere about a circuit breaker could that be another issue?

Always a possibility.

When you say click, is it just the switch itself clicking or like the solenoid clicking?

It sounds like solenoid back towards the battery.

if I remember that has a push button start correct? if si did you check to make sure the shut off is working correctly as that could be the simple issue.

Yes it does. After I got home yesterday I turned key to the on position and found that the circuit breaker will click every 10-20 seconds. So I figure that it is bad but can't find a replacement for it.

you do not need to kame another post for the same issue, just continue it here. if the circuit breaker is tripping something like a grounded wire or something hooked wrong is making is trip.
