84 honda 200x atc
I bought this 3 wheeler like 2 months ago for 1000 bucks and it has smoked since I bought. It runs rough I'm also always adjusting the screws because it revs real high. what is the prob and how do I fix it so I can trade it for a quad, dirt bike or a vehicle or just sell it because the wife can't go with plz help

- smoking is probably valve seals or rings or both are you running the air filter and airbox
