Default Newbie: Is this really the 2018 model?

Hi guys! Is anyone able to confirm whether this actually is the 2018 model? I've had some issues with this before and I'm too much of a noob to be able to tell one from the other.
Thanks in advance and happy trails!

Welcome to the forums.

If you can get the VIN number, the 10th digit will tell you the year model.

I don't remember seeing that color with the 2017 models. If the European models have the same color schemes it is probably a 2018. As said, the VIN number gives the manufacturing date.
