So I have an 05 sportsman 700. I've rebuilt the carb, put in New floats. Checked the bowl for hairline fracture and loose screw installed new fuel pump. When I ride it around the driveway I still get a few drops of gas coming out the overflow. In 3 ish min.

I have to have the floats higher by a few mm as if it's level I really have gas coming out. I have adjusted it to make sure it can starve but after getting it going from a starving still leaks some.

might anyone know what could be causing this?
