1. If i had a hight rev pipe and ran a 12 teeth on the front would that be like running a mid range pipe?

2. What part of the rpm would you consider low, mid, top? I'm talking about, say low would be 1000-5000, or something like that.

3. If I ran a lower tooth sproket would that get the wheel hp, to begin at lower a rpm?

1. Nope...although it sounds like it would, there's no way you'll replace a torque pipe with a lower gearing. The benefit of top end pipes is on top end (duh!), and with a smaller counter sprocket, you'll be ruining the wonderful top rpm gain. smaller sprocket makes you change gears all the time....I personally don't like that idea...I'd rather even put a bigger counter sprocket to have more grip.
2. When I say high, I mean 8 grand and on...as for mid and low, I don't know what it is (banshee power ) haha. low is from idle to the 5 grand mid ramge hit...and mid from 5000 to 8000.
That's on a banshee engine. On a thumper, I guess they revv less than that...maybe not.
3.You won't modify wheel hp with different sprocket ratios (that'd be too easy), BUT, you will have more power at the same speed (wheels are turning the same, but the engine is revving more). But if you put a smaller countersprocket, you better have a big powerband...the light-switch powerband of a banshee would not fit that kind of mod (at least I won't do it).
