thanks - you are spot on - i just found the two parts i am needing - one last question- the diagram did not show a gasket between the manifold & block - bit the used manifold shows some thing - can you suggest i=on what to use in its place?

Going by memory, so it could be wrong. I thought they just held with springs and no gaskets. I'll have to check the diagram to see.
