Tao 125D swingarm queation
#1
Hello. I am new to these Chinese ATVs. I picked up a 125-D for my daughter the other day for $40. Starter was the only issue with it...which has now been fixed...runs fine. It does need carb update and a few other small items for optimum performance in the motor.
Is there a way to swap the 125D swingarm? I’m looking to widen and extend it some how...for adults to ride comfortably, as well...plus give my daughter room to grow on. It’ll be more of a utility ATV than anything else....a little light hauling...pulling a deer out of the woods, etc.
So far the only way I can figure is getting a 250D swingarm and cutting...would there be a different/better way? Is there a company that makes an longer/extended arm for these?
anyone with experience in extending and widening these little guys?
help is much appreciated.

I could be wrong, as I don't work on Tao Taos, but I suspect it will be far to fragile for any towing or true utility use, no matter how many mods you make. Let her use it until she gets too big for it, then trade it in for a proper, small utility machine. 250 minimum, shaft drive, and preferably 4WD.
