Default once again an electrical issue?

yes hello to all I am needing help with my machine It has been awhile since i have had to post anything on here, so yesterday went to fire her up and she was a no go it is like she has juice but not quite enough juice to make the starter turn over, any ideas on what it could be, things i have checked are battery it is brand spanking new as in just bought it like 2 weeks ago, and checked the starter cable going to the battery (had that problem once before). along with any loose connections but I dont have any. At this point I am thinking it is either starter or solenoid.
THANKS IN ADVANCE.

it would not be the solenoid as it only opens up contacts when power is supplied(such as pushing the starter button) to allow the power through to the starter to start the engine. does it pull start ok? could be the starter is dragging, bad bushes maybe.
