Sell it and use the money to buy a faster 4 wheeler

Seriously though:
1. Open up your intake. Add a pod filter or something
2. Open up your exhaust. Remove the baffling, make sure you dont open it too much.
3. Change your final drive gearing
4. Change your rear tire size
5. Paint it black (that adds like 20hp)

Have fun be safe dont die

To be honest I bought this so my wife's great nephew who's 5 can ride with her when I'm riding single track with my buddies. I'm more of a bike guy and my wife is the quad person in our house. I got a good deal and it and couldn't say no.

If you want to go single track riding a 50cc atv is probably a bad idea IMO. Go get him a XR50 or XR70 or something like that.

If youre set on the quad, dont open up the intake if youre planning to trail ride it, good way to suck water in.

No no not him on the quad. We have single track trails that run parallel with the Orv trails (quad, sidebysides). The single track cross back forth across the orv trail. So we meet up at certain areas making sure everything's ok.
