Not enough information. A 12 month old bike is a bit new to be hacking the wiring, and I've no idea what an emi racing blue is. We need to know engine size, type, AC or DC ignition and why you want to do this.

I have a 125cc Apollo 9 atv an i wanted to know how to bypass the brake starter switch?

 

There will be a switch on the brake lever somewhere with either one or two wires coming from it. If one wire, earth it and see if the starter now works, if it doesn't, try leaving it disconnected. If two wires jump them together, if that doesn't work leave them disconnected.

 

125cc,a/c and i burned the harness up and dont want nothing but a push switch to stop its a CDI I MEANT TO SAY

 

I have this diagram on my hard drive, will have come from this forum but I don't remember where, so apologies to whoever first posted it. Blue/white goes to trigger coil and red/black to exciter coil. Which wire goes to which pin on your cdi is anyone's guess, if it didn't come with a diagram.
