Default Lt80 bogs at half to full throttle.

A little back ground on bike.I have an Lt80 that i have done top end. I have verified exhaust arrow on top of piston. New cylinder gaskets and spark plug. Verified no restrictions in airbox. New air filter. Running a stock carburetor. I installed new rebuild kit for carburetor. New primary clutch new belt. Found a restriction in exhaust replaced with a different one. I have tried different maine jets. 92, 90, 85, 80 all jets do the same thing when going from half to full throttle it will bog and die. I have tried pretty much all needle positions on all jets. If i remove airbox from front of carburetor the bike runs great. Any ideas.

I'd still like to know the compression.
How about the stator. Could there be rust/yuck built up? (I don't know your riding style ie: wet/muddy/etc).
Ground from motor to frame good? I add a extra.

I have not tested the stater or compression. I will test the compression tomorrow. I did check my plug while out of cylinder i could see spark. I did not rebuild the bottom end on this motor. It was off a bike that i bought for parts. How would the stater affect how the motor runs from mid to high range ? Thank you for your reply

I've had to remove the flywheel and clean dirt/rust out. It can effect the proper amount of "juice" going out.
