Hmm looks interesting as if you break the kit up the exhaust is pretty cheap at around $360

Exhaust $360
ProFLow $90
Jet Kit $70
Total $520

I dont know what CT is smoking but those mods will not make 50hp, maybe 42 or something in that neighborhood.

What ever they smoke, I WANT IT !
seriously, they do claim a 12hp increase over stock. That would put it at around 50, give or take. Graydon claims that they have the HIGHEST output w/ pipe, filter and their jets: right at 14hp over ( and well over 100dBs )

Hey, i have a hard time believing it myself, but thems the guyz w/ the dynos. i'd sure like to see the raw printouts. i guess i have to believe it until proven wrong. late.

They may have a dyno, but that dont mean nuthin, Cannondale has a Dyno that is obviously broke cuz they rate the Raptor at only 28hp.Point is:Mfgs will use the Dyno to thier greatest benefit. 14 hp or not, the CT pipe is no better than any other quality pipe out there such as Sparks, Big Gun, ect. If CTs kit puts out 50 hp then my Big Gun makes more than that cuz I have a friend with the CT kit on his Raptor and mine pulls his on a regular basis, and there is no way that my bike makes more than 50hp. Everyone knows that companies streach the power claims a little bit. Friend of mine put a complete Akropovic exhaust on his GSXR 750 and it only picked up 9hp, and that is on a 125+hp bike that has a far more restrictive exhaust than a quad.So done believe the hype, there are no magic exhaust kits out there, most of the good ones will be within 1 or 2hp from each other.Ct is not the exception to the rule, they make good power but not a extreme ammount more than any other quality pipe currently produced.

CT was testing a California Raptor (YFM660RNC), which puts out a lower stock hp, ~32. The pipe, when combined with the Pro-Design Pro Flow filter kit, does make 50hp. I know, I have one. Power is awesome.

Yamaha really choked down the 660 engine when they put it in the quad. Think about this- the stock versions in European street bikes put out over 60hp.

I dont care what a dyno says, they do not get 12hp peak or 18 on a Cal model. Get real!! All the full units give you about 5-7 will the full exhaust jetkit and filter.

4wheel action said the stock raptor pushed around 34hp. if thats the case than 50hp would not be unatainable with these mods.
