Lightbulb * New Book Promoting ATV & UTV Racing! *

When I competed in my first ATV race at the 2004 GNCC opener in Texas, I instantly fell in love with cross-country ("XC") racing. Since then, I've competed in 14 seasons of XC racing on either ATVs or UTVs in local series. Last year, my teenage son and I competed in a local XC series and won the championship in our UTV class. So I decided to write a book about last season's championship run to record the fun times we had together as well as a way to promote the sport of ATV and UTV racing. In case anyone is interested, the book is called
TEXAS OFF-ROAD RACING: A Father-Son Journey to a Side-by-Side Championship TEXAS OFF-ROAD RACING: A Father-Son Journey to a Side-by-Side Championship
and it was launched this week on Amazon. It also has several color pics from my XC races. Please check it out if anyone is interested.

Congratulations on the win and the memories made with your son. Enjoyed reading your race updates over the years.

Thank you! This was a fun book project, and I hope that someday when I'm old and gray that my son will look back on this book and treasure it. Also, I'm hoping anyone who reads this book will find out how much excitement cross-country racing is and give it a try. Would be fun to see this sport expand.
