Did you get ANY kind of instructions for yours? I have 2. The chains are both adjusted to tight and need to be loosened, but I have no idea know and I can't find anything on you tube. Very interested in your question also!
I'm seeing the same issue. I have brought it up to the vendor also. There seems to be no way to loosen up that "to tight chain". see this photo. Maybe these to bolts may prove to be successful. I'm a little leery of doing anything back there, do to the overtighten condition snd bad positioning of the bolt brackets. What's your thinking.
