Kazuma falcon will not start

Yes has good spark appears to have good compression don’t have a gauge. Has never since I had it just bought it last weekend. Noticed tonight carburetor is spitting fuel when you put your hand over it without the air filter on it.

Try a new plug, you never know your luck. They all spit through the carb, you just don't notice until you start fault finding. However excessive spitting can be a sign of valve timing out, so check it. While you have the timing marks lined up, check valve clearance, should be about 0.003" If those are all right, check the piston is at TDC when the crank timing mark says it is. If all is right and it still won't start, get the compression tested.

Brand new plug tried new cdi lined up
crank with the t and set valve spacing to .002 but thinking about it now I’m not sure the piston was at the top I could not see it looking through the crank. Looks like a ******* thing when you pull the intake off and hold your hand over it and crank the motor it does not suck your hand in. How would I fix the timing issue if the piston is not at the top is there an adjustment. Right now I’m so done with thing I feel so bad my 9 year old just wants to ride so bad. I feel like the worst dad of the year by trying to save a buck.

Your gonna find that free or almost free quads can be some of the most expensive quads you will ever own!! When it comes to these cheap Chinese quads, never buy one that doesnt run unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands. These forums are filled with posts about quads that don't run and there are no parts to be found. Good luck!

Shine a light down the plug hole, and move the crank round until you can see the piston get to TDC then check of timing marks agree with this. Difficult to tell TDC by the piston within a few degrees, but if the TDC mark is well out, the key has sheared and flywheel moved round on the crank. If you, or previous owner, has set the valve timing to this mark, it will now be out as well. Check how much damage to the flywheel and crank this has done, if little or none, fit a new key, re-time the valves and hope they didn't hit the piston.
A new CDI isn't going to fix a bike that sparks, a new dry plug just might.
