Tao Tao 110cc Go Cart I have 2 electrical
#1
I have 2 of these carts and just took them out for the 2nd time yesterday. The kids love 'em. One stopped getting spark and would not run. I traced it back to the coil and found no juice going there either.
I see lots of "replacement" kits with stator, CDI, Coil, Rectifier and Regulator on Amazon but would like a recommendation on which one to purchase. Most of these "kits" are around $35 so I'm guessing they are not quality parts.
I also want to replace the bad stock headlights with LEDs and a light bar so I want to get a quality high out-put stator if one exists.
Are good electrical parts available for these Chinese 110cc motors somewhere out there?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Find the electrical fault and fix it. Those kits rarely, if ever, match up with the rest of your electrics. They are as good (and bad) as the quality of your existing set up, but if you have the skill to fit one, you have the skill to fix your existing loom.
