Ik nothing about 4 wheelers

So this is my magneto on my impulse pxl90cc and the person I bought this from told me it was bad but when I try kickstarting it it turns fine but theres no battery or spark plug wire so wat should I do please help I have no clue about anything having to do with 4 wheelers but was wondering if it just might be the spark plug wire

Your ETon will need a coil, which usually has the spark plug lead attached. It should also have a CDI. ETons are a bit unusual as most, if not all ETons, have an earth to run "kill wire" where as most other makes use earth to kill for killing the spark. If you don't know anything about ATV/motorcycle electrics you are best getting someone who does to sort it, making sure they are aware of the ETon kill wire setup, as it means that the usual Chinese CDI boxes won't work. Alpha Sports should be able to help, as they hold all remaining stocks of pre 2012 ETon spares.

So wat is the part or parts called that I would need to order cuz I've tried looking for someone around where I live to help me with it and no one around me knows or won't work on it cuz they say it's crap

It isn't Chinese, and pre 2012 ETons had the best reputation of any Taiwanese Kid's Quad, except possibly Apache, but honestly, without some knowledge of motorcycle ignition systems I doubt if you would get it going.
We mend quads, and will do Chinese/Taiwanese kids quads, but because they are worth less, owners expect lower bills, but they take just as much time, and often a lot more effort in parts sourcing, than a full size Honda, so we are more reluctant to tackle them.
Just checked parts prices on Alpha's website https://alpha-sports.com/eton_parts.htm and the CDI is over $100, so buying things you don't need, because you don't know what you are doing, is going to waste a lot of money.

when it comes to the cheap knockoff machines, save your money and buy something with a good reputation.

Problem is, there aren't any in small Kids Quads now. Honda's 90 always was too big for children under 12. Suzuki's 4 strokes are not a patch on the old 2 stroke LTs and extremely expensive, Yams again expensive if still available, not sure about the offerings from Polaris. So it is buy new TaoTaos etc, or get a used decent make, ETons were, as were Suzuki two strokes, Yam 80 Raptors, Polaris 90 two strokes etc. Here in the UK decent Suzuki LT50s are making over £1000 on eBay, LT80s even more, and paying that for a 20 year old bike that has been through several generations of children, is risky too.
