1991 trail boss rear brake seized (in a way)
So I have a 91 trail boss I’m trying to fix and the rear brake never worked, so I tried to fix it and got the cylinder moving then when I put the back cover on it locks on to the rotor and I can’t figure out why, I would appreciate the help.
