Just bought a quad from Wisconsin (no title) and need to register/title it in Illinois. On Illinois website, if you don't have a surrender title, it kicks you out. I have sellers WI registration and a bill of sale. I got the RUT50 form, not sure what else I need. Next step is walk into DMV and ask those pleasant people. Any ideas/help??

 

Gonna need an in-person visit to your local title office. Website visits are for extremely simple standard transactions. Shouldnt be a problem if you have all the paperwork.

I had the sellers WI registration card and the bill of sale from him. Went smoothly although the lady did have to ask her MGR how to enter it in the computer since I did not have a surrender title from WI.
