Default 2005 Foreman 500 knocking??

I got an issue (per usual with all my toys.) Just put a web cam in this. Took it out for the first ride. Ran fine, no weird noises for probably 5 minutes. Then it was like someone hit a switch and this started. There was no warning or anything. It just began. Any pointers? I torqued everything down while I was in there to what the service manual said (or I think I did.). Here's a video..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2h7...=ROFLCOPTERS92

If a lifter was stuck, it shouldn't run since the pushrod won't move, right? Or how does that work? I pulled the rocker cover off and held my hand on the push rods and turned the engine over slow with the pull rope and both still go up and down smoothly it seems if that means anything.

I figured it out. A piece of metal dropped in to the cylinder and was getting hammered between the piston and head. I looked all over the place and couldn't find where it came from. Might of been something that fell in the air box from sitting around my shed and the various things that have been broken in the last month and a half from me tearing down other scrap metal things.
