I'm looking for some help identifying a 3-wheeler my Grandfather owned for 30-some years.

My understanding is that he owned two of them a 1985 and a 1986 and that they may not have been identical models. The only markings I can find as of now are on the gas tank (says 250ES) but as I was starting to look around for a new CDI module, which I believe has gone bad, the connectors don't match up. When I looked for the CDI for a 200es, it matches. Comparing the two models, mine seems to have more in common with the 250 than the 200. It has the electronic and kick start and rear suspension for instance.

Am I missing another way to identify the model or make sure I get the right CDI module?
