2021 Tao Tao 250 Rhino

Just got this machine off a guy on FB. He bought it back in April, and never got around to uncrating it. Listed it for $700. I read a bunch of reviews and decided it was worth taking a chance. I put it together in a couple of hours. The worst part, by far, was getting the root well plastics to line up.
Once together, it took about 5 minutes of cranking to get it to start, but once it did, it ran smoothly. As others mention, the clutch is very sensitive. I'm sure it will break in, but if you just goose the throttle a little, it works fine. Ran around for about 1/2 hour today, and was surprised at the speed and power it has. I heard it was pretty lame, but I had no problems with it at all.
I'm looking to do some commonly recommended upgrades:
1. Replace the carb with a PZ30
2. Gut out the Muffler to allow the machine to breathe better
3. Maybe change the sprockets, if I want a little more power.
Any thoughts on these machines? I know it won't be as good as my Kawasaki, but for the money, I'm pretty happy.
Will post pictures soon.
