Hi guys! So I picked up a 2004 Kolpin 90cc 2 stroke. I need a few parts that I cannot find anywhere yet. Pictures of the part I need is below. Just this one plastic piece. Thanks so much! Appreciate yall.
Kolpin are a big supplier of ATV accessories. I guess they branched out into importing Armstrong ATVs. They may be able to supply parts for an 18 year old bike but I doubt it. Particularly as Armstrong seem to have gone, or at least stopped making bikes. This leaves three options, find another maker who used the same plastics. Find someone breaking a Kolpin 90, or get someone to make an new part. Not as crazy as it sounds, people buy a 3D printer and scanner, they then make a few bits, but rapidly find they have run out of things to make. So there are lots of people with printers, just itching to make plastic parts for anyone.
If anyone. Has this please let me know. I have one also need info.
If anyone has an 0 5 90cc 2stroke kolpin please let me know. I have one I just restarted. Just put a brand new piston cylinder head and the whole 9 yd. It is now faster little bit bigger engine basicallate, but I need to know. Info, please. Yes, one thing I need to know is left side where Kickstarter's at dipstick. What oil goes in there and how much? And what about other side avenging? If you can help me? I'd appreciate it. Thank you. Ko
Fairly sure the engine will be Minareli clone, if you have found a piston etc, you probably already know this. Polaris used it on their early 90s and Apache used it until quite recently, so info for them will apply to your machine too.
Thank you so much, buddy. I really appreciate that, especially for the speedy reply. What about the rear brake master cylinder? Caliper, the weirdest thing is all that I'm looking at. Have a 63 cm. Both pattern in mine is a 2 and a 1/2. Inch every one of them that I looked at is a 63. Any ideas for that would be greatly appreciated?
Can't help regarding callipers, not sure what you mean by 63cm and 2.5" If you meant 63mm, the difference is half a mil and few suppliers are that accurate with measurements anyway.

I just purchased a 2004 Kolpin 90cc atv and I need to replace the rear caliper. The mounting plate holes for the caliper on the axle measure 70mm on center and all I can find for replacement measures 63-65mm on center.
any suggestions on where I could find the right caliper?
That seems more like what the OP was trying to write. It is probable that Armstrong chose a calliper from a bigger bike than the rest of the Chinese Kids Quad makers. As I wrote above, Kolpin may still have spares, or you may find the calliper for a full size machine that fits. Can your calliper be rebuilt? If all else fails, an adaptor to fit a different calliper to your axle, can be made up by a machine shop.
