Just got back from riding and noticed this wire is unplugged from something when I traced it it runs to the fuse the arrow is pointing at in the picture any idea what this is???

 

Sorry, but all I see are two bare wires, not a fuse. Fairly sure they are for the carb heater. Cheapo Chinese carbs don't have a heater and your carb looks suspiciously new, so my guess is someone fitted a Chinese carb and yanked the wires off the old one, instead of unplugging them at the wiring plug arrowed. If allowed to touch, or earth, they will blow a fuse, un-plug them.

 

I have this exact problem and with your instruction in this video I am going to the garage.
