Hi all, I just changed the head gasket on my 96 sportsman 500 and got it mostly back together. I kept the timing chain wired up to keep it on the bottom gear but when I went to reassemble it came off the bottom gear. I tried turning the engine over by hand to move the chain and I broke the casting that hold the lower timing chain tensioner in place… not sure if it’s something I can JB weld for now or find a whole new gear case… thoughts?
