Hello everyone ,
I am looking for some advice on this machine I picked up it’s a 2004 ds 650 Baja . I cannot get this thing timed I made the tdc bolt but here is my problem the quad turns over (not seized) but I can not turn it by hand to line up the marks. I cannot figure out why this thing won’t turn by hand I have been looking everywhere for similar problems can’t find any …. It has low compression (100#) so I know everything g is moving just seems like it’s over drawing the starter to turn it over

any help would be great I about to ole’ yeller this this thing!!
