Ran it out of gas as the first issue years ago and was unable to start it up after refilling it. a week before we had to replace the starter too? At that point it still seemed to want to turn over.
I left it to sit and have now recently started working on it. Needed a new battery, got it a new spark plug, then checked and reclamped fuel lines that had leaks. Carburetor got a full clean. My spark plug sparks. After trying to start it back up with starting fluid, it wants to turn over but fully cant still. gas is clean and so is my oil intake. I don't know much about ATVs and I'm not sure what next steps I should take... opinions are appreciated!!!!
(Also almost everything is stock on it. not sure if that will help but still..)
