I just had a good dealer experience, and thought I should post it.
Went for a big run on Thursday about 50 miles of mud and trails, on Friday I was cleaning my 500HO, only 2 weeks old, when I found that I had torn a CV boot on the rear end. I called my dealer, Todd Equipment in Millbrook Ontario, And told them about it, it was Friday at 2 o'clock they told me to bring it over, and I would be in line. At 5 o'clock they called to tell me it was ready to go for the weekend. When I picked it up I had my wallet out, and was told it was covered.
This is great customer service and I am quite pleased.

It's good to hear there are still good dealers out there. I too have a good dealer experience for ya. Bought a Scrambler 90 for my youngests 8t birthday back in November. He didn't get to ride it much this winter cause we finally had a winter here, to much snow. When we finally did get to ride the electric start wasn't working and niether was the brake light. (See post Electrical problems Scrambler 90) Well the trouble turned out to be with the switch, it had filled up with mud and water and shorted out. Parts are back ordered and wont be in for atleast another week. Met with the owner of the local dealership and pleaded my case, he will have the service dept take a switch out of one they have in stock today and should have it back tonite. By the way I was gonna toke it back with the old parts in it just so my boy could ride but they wouldnt let it go because none of the sfety fatures were working. Needless to say my boy is happy he'll be getting his ride back.
