Just out of the blue in the middle of a ride stopped for a few minutes, go to start bike turn the key and Nothing. Ive taken all the plastics off checked wiring, check fuses, check the links and changed out the light / on off switch on the left handle bar. I haven't found a schematic yet that I was able to print, the ones I have were too blurry on paper. I did find that if I jump the yellow wire which is constant to the red with white line (this is the plug at the key) the cluster will light up and I am able to start the bike, if i disconnect the jump the bike dies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Don't know the model, but if you jump the key switch and things work, looks like you have a faulty key switch. Worth getting a Chinese cheapo switch (if available for your model) and trying it.
