Recently at a harescramble in Monticello, Minnesota I was running fine until my 400ex just shut off. I checked my air filter and it was smoking. Then i looked down and there was oil on my skid plate. MY flipping oil drain bolt fell out. I recently flushed it out to clean the dirt out, and got it running but I am not sure if the piston is scored. does any one know if there is a safety shut off switch which would shut the engine off when the oil gets so low or if the engine gets too hot. Thanks!

I think your in some serious trouble as it does not have a low oil shutdown.. About all you can do is put oil in it and see if it burns any and also check the compression,
