I am contemplating getting a ds 650 pretty soon and i was wondering if they have any major problems like the raptor does? I was also wondering if the saying high performance, high maintenance applied? any feedback would be appreciated. thank you, jon

No high maintenance on mine. Only problem was stock upper chain roller lasted about a week. Replace with T&M DesignWorks piece and no problem since. This quad was built for high performance from the factory....that's one of the reasons it weighs more than anything else, it is built strong. Anything brand new is bound to have some bugs and the DS was no exception, although I believe they were minimal in comparison to some other new products.

Have to agree with the other two, very happy with it. Had the chain roller issue and thought my clutch was slipping but that was my fault. I used mobile 1 and just changed to Golden Spectro, problem resolved. Can't say more, very happy with it.
