Does anyone know how the studs are installed in the rear hubs; that is, are they press-fit or turned in? I have a set of Dura Blue spacers (with the longer studs) I need to install. I tried knocking one out, but it didn't budge. Thanks guys.

Thanks Lightning, I didn't think about using lubricant. I sprayed some WD-40 on them, waited about 10 minutes and they popped right out. Oh, I also switched from a 16oz claw hammer to a 5lb mallet!
