Hi there, yesterday I had a little accident in a hill, and my quad stayed upside down (I stuck under it, sitting in the sand at the top of the hill) for about 2 minutes. We managed to roll it over and get it down the hill with almost no scratch (to me and the quad). Then I noticed some kind of black oily grease on my pants and on my quad. It is very sticky, and wont go away easily, so it is not motor oil... Somebody have an idea of where it can come from and what it is?

I don't think it's your shock oil. Sounds like the breather tube for the cases drained some oil. Check your oil level like your supposed to, and clean you air filter. You shouldn't have a problem.

This may sound dumb but brake fluid is very sticky and doesn't come off. Don't ask me how it came out tho. Shock oil level can't be checked with taking the shock apart as far as I know. I doubt thats the problem anyway.

I dont think it is break fluid, I check the level, and it is full. It is darker than the break oil.. it is even darker or around the same than motor oil. but more sticky... any idea?
