I got the DS back together with a re-built turbo. Can't wait to ride this weekend!

Rebuilt turbo? You have already had to have the turbo replaced? I believe bad luck follows you around Scooby.

Making more power to the point of clutch slippage again, even with HD clutch springs. I will be installing a new clutch this week and may even add washers to the HD clutch springs. EFI still way off. Suspect jetting is way to lean - detonation and light plug color with 118 octane 76 Race Gas, at less than 15psi of boost with 9.7:1 compression ratio and an intercooler. Injectors may be too small, need to investigate further. Intake plenum may be needed as well. Need HKS super sequential blow off valve to protect turbo, and keep it spinning during shifting for better throttle response. May have Kevin at G P Engineering dial in the EFI for me. 2X stock bhp is realistic, HP beyond this may take some more development. Mr. Turbo Raptor tops out around 80 bhp without EFI or an intercooler.

I dropped it off at Aerodyne Dallas, 30 minutes from my home. Gerhard inspected it and had it re-built in less than 2 weeks from the day I dropped it off.

There are pics at Scooby's Web Page

I added a few pics of some screen shots of the ECU software. There is also a link to page 2 on the bottom of the page.

Scooby,

Who is Mr. Turbo Raptor? Is there a website about it? I know that you're not into Raptors, but I'd be interested in reading or hearing about it if you don't mind.
