I was looking for a pipe to replace the stock and i was wonderingif anyonehas any info on these pipes and which of them is the best for low end power.
1.DG Alloy RCM.
2.Supertrapp (racing series)
3.DG Krome power.
4.DG Big "O" atv exhaust.
Which of these is the loudest and offers the most power.

DG is extremely loud with basically no power gain. The supertrapp sounds nice with an average power gain.

I like my supertrap, that with the Dynajet and K&N with the lid off produced a whole different machine for me.

You didn't ask about mine but thought I would "pipe" in with my .02 Big gun race. Very noticable power gains, I stood it up in 5th with a little help, but 1-4 was just with the throttle. Sad to say I had to loose my airlid as it wouldn't even reach the rev limiter before it started surging, reach back and lift the lid and it took off. As for sound, barely leagal is about as best as I can describe it, sounds like my neighbors HD 1200 sporty.

I used to have a Lakota. I had the DG RCM full system. It was worthless. It just made it louder, go with supertrapp.

Get the supertrapp, how often do you hear people brag about a DG pipe?

lol ltracerx. You're dead-on with your last comment.

I remember crhye250r's Lakota with the DG exhaust on it. WOW...it sucked. Really badly. It had almost an "ear-drum bursting" sound, with no noticeable power gains at all. I haven't had any experience with the Supertrapp exhausts, but surely they're better than the DG's.

bigbadlakota,

Are you in the eastern, western, or central part of KY?

My 400 will hold the fronts in the air into 4th gear on 1/2 to 3/4 throttle acceleration. I have stock exhaust. As for DG, I think they are ok for 2-strokes. Does white bros make a Lakota pipe??? They are not too loud and give ok power gain.
