I went on a ride with a local club and one of the guys had the damndest thing I've ever seen. On the muffler of his A.C. 500 he had a bracket mounted with hose clamps that held a small aluminum box with a removable lid. The box snapped in and out of place and was designed to cook hot dogs, burritoes, or anything else you could think of. It cooks as you ride, using heat from the exhaust. There are definately times a hot meal would beat the heck out of a sandwich and chips.

That sounds pretty cool. I never even thought about that. I would love to see that setup because you are definetly right. Sometimes a nice hot meal would be better than a smashed sandwhich and chips!!! Steak anyone?????
I know I have been looking for a cooler for the front. I seen one at www.atvstuff.com. I fits right on the front of your rack and holds a 24pack. The nice thing is that it isn't so tall that it covers up the headlights. I thought that it was a great idea for a cooler.

What you probably saw has been around for a while for snowmobiles, it's called the "Hot Dogger", Dennis Kirk & etc. carry them. I never did think about using one on an ATV.
