well i went to my polaris dealer the other day to check out the new x..when i got there i didnt see it so i asked where it was..for some odd reason it was hidden way in back behind a boat .(i have a hunch that he wants to keep it to himself)..but anyways he asked if i would like to ride it and i jumped right on it ...it has changed a little ..insted of pushing the stater up to start it u just turn the key like a car and it starts up..pretty cool..well when i took off i hammered the throtel.like i do on the 500 4x4..not expecting anything when the front end came up...there was no hesitation just good quick power like a manual clutch... ..i brought it back in and asked what was different and they told me that they had redone the clutch and man did that make a hell of a difference...so i cant wait until i can get a x and take the clutch apart to see what the diff is
...so i just thought u guys would like to know that the new x is different...

Not to mention different gearing. I've heard that the ScramblerX has slightly different gearing. It is now is geared for more power instead of speed. This could give the illusion of the motor having more power on the low end. Frankly I'm not impressed, there is so much more they could have done to the machine to justify the price (Fox struts for one thing).
