can you jet your quad while its on a stand? or do you have to actually take it down the road?
i get it up to third gear pegged on the stand and then kill the motor.

i have third clip on the needle, 158 main, 2 turns out on the air screw. i want to leave the air filter top on, and i am under 1500 sea level. what main jet should i be looking at?

 

nope, not unless you like having a quad thats jetted for having no load on the engine.
