Anybody have some details on Cats new 375, they say it is more of a all around atv leaning on the sporty side?
Has anybody saw one in person yet?
Pictures look like they are running dunlop tires instead of the usual titan 489's.

Looks like all 2002 Models are running Dunlops now.

You might find this funny, but the 375 has an air/oil cooled 376cc engine, thats 5 cc larger than the 371cc watercooled 400. Thats messed up.

I agree. It seems weird to me not to make the 375 liquid cooled. I saw where someone had posted earlier that they were happy it wasn't oil cooled. I have 98 Grizzly and for what I use it for it gets really HOT. I am probably going to sell the Grizzly and get a real tractor. Then I would like to get a smaller ATV so I can still use it for smaller jobs. A liquid cooled 375 would have been a really nice choice.

I think that cats aim here was to build a simpler lighter but capable atv, I can see how that air-cooled engine will save weight, make it much simpler therefore durable and cheaper to produce. We all know that 375 cc's is more than enough for an ATV. I am wondering, although prematurely if this is not cats version of say the rancher or wolverine. The characterisics of the new motor will help in deteriming this and given that it is a completely new motor maybe it was specifically aimed at more of a sporty role and less of a work-horse role that the 300,400 and 500 cats have been filling. I guess thats why I posted the original question as to find out what market the 375 has been built for, on paper its hard to tell, it could be, who knows? Guess we will have to wait till they are in production to find out, I hate waiting.
