i jetted my bike today. im running FMF torque pipe,FMF power core II rear,rad valve,
160 main jet,2 turns out on the air screw,3rd clip on the needle and i ride at 0-1500 ft. i get a tan plug at these settings.

my question is low end seems like its bogging but mid and high end seem great.
is this the way these pipes work? i thought i would get more low end. i also tried with no air filter top on with no improvement.

 

When you did the plug check you probably held the trottle wide open and cut the engine off. This shows the the main jet is right on. Try going to a bigger pilot jet or richen up the fuel/air mixture.
