where do you check your oil level at ? do you screw thwe dipstick in to check or do you let it sit on the o ring without screwing it in to check the level . the reason i ask it because on my old recon you check it without screwing it in . thanks > !

 

Unscrew the dipstick
Pull it out
Wipe it off
Put it in, but don't screw it (oh, that doesn't sound too good...)
Pull it back out
Check reading
