Getting ready to spring for a new Prairie. For those of you that are riding these "bad boys", what kind of mileage are you getting? Also, what is the valve maintenance schedule on this motor? The local dealer couldn't tell me when I asked him about it. Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere for the purchase. Any info would be appreciated.

Not sure on the gas mileage yet. The book says adjust valves after a year.

Dont Know the gas mileage. But I just had my first service on the 650 at 20hrs. They adjusted the valves, Then they said I should have it serviced once a year and they check the valve adjustment with each service.
