First off this thing is bad a$$, I've only rode it around in the front yard since it's 100 degrees here in Austin today. Tomorrow I'll take it out for some light cruising!! So who sells the AC skid plates the cheapest? Looks like this thing needs some extra protection! Who sells the Big Gun race exhaust cheapest? I've been told that the stock exhaust isn't like my big XR 600, as in no removable baffle? What size are the stock jets (main and slow)? How many sizes do you go up for exhaust and filter? What brand of air filter is good? Man this thing is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!!!YAHOO!!!

k&n filters are good, they go for around 30 i think. if you do a lot of riding in the dusty condisions you might wanna look into getting a uni filter, they dont give u as much power as a k&n filter but they filter the air a lot better.

 

Stock bleed is 38 and the stock main is 148. I got my big gun from atvaddicion, they auctioned it off on ebay. I played hell getting anything other than a 38 to work even tho I was told by big gun to use a 40. Damm thing wouldn't idle and was way rich on the bottom. The main I ended up with a 160 after a ton of testing. Pulls really hard all the way up now, want more power going up a jump, no more need to down shift, just lay on the thumb. Living here in interior Alaska I ended up buying the K&N power kit to make life easier as I couldn't find anyone with jets, and the dealer wanted 12.50 each and 10 days to get them. Also it hates having the airbox lid on now so I run without, using the K&N and outer ware.
